For more than 11 years, Lars Kelto Technology Services has provided support and development to northwest lower Michigan and beyond. These are some of the basic tenets to my work philosophy:

• Learn It All - I regularly practice and grow all disciplines relating to information technology. Being a good programmer makes me a better system administrator. Being a good sysadmin makes me a better database administrator, and network administrator, designer, animator, consultant, etc. This diversity has been core to mastering what I do.
  
• The Right Tool - Understanding a wide range of platforms, lanaguages and hardware means being able to carefully pick the best solution for a new project, or to hit the ground running on an existing one.
  
• The Big Picture - It's not about the tech, it's about what it lets you do, what it lets the public do, or what it expresses. Having knowledge and interests beyond technology is what helps me integrate it creatively into the world.
